UNDER 25? SEE GHOSTFACE KILLAH LIVE FOR £5: SATURDAY, 14TH MAY @ SOUTH BANK CENTRE

unnamed

They say that ‘youth’ is wasted on the young, but that won’t stop the die-hard heads at IITS attempting to educate newbies to the value of this amazing special offer courtesy of our friends at the South Bank Centre. Listen up and discover the way of the Wu.. and in particular the skills of one Ghostface Killah, who happens to be visiting these shores for a one-off London show.

When the world looks back at hip hop’s illustrious history of cliques, crew and collectives, Wu-Tang Clan will be remembered as one of the great groups. The dynamic, Kung-Fu-inspired hip hoppers transformed the slept on borough of Staten Island into the mystical land of Shaolin. Their 1992 debut single ‘Protect Your Neck’ introduced a dynasty like no other. Among the the many lyrical luminaries, Ghostface stood out – not only for his razor-sharp rhyme style but for his penchant for hiding his visage. Ghostface Killah (aka Tony Starks) set trends with his solo album, Ironman, late in 1996, co-authored Raekwon’s awesome ‘Only Built For Cuban Links’, followed up with Supreme Clientele, collaborated with film composer Adrian Younge and continues to be an all round hip hop badass.

Nuff said. Now hurry up, claim your ticket.. you can thanks us later.

Under 25s can take up this £5 offer by quoting ‘STARKS’ when booking tickets online, over the phone (0844 847 9910) or in person at Royal Festival Hall Ticket Office.
